AREA
Cruquiuswerf is a beautiful peninsula that has been transformed in recent years into a fantastic luxurious place surrounded by water. This was once an industrial port area, now it is one of the nicer parts of Amsterdam. There is a harbor where a boat can be stored. The location is ideal in relation to the arterial roads and you are only 10 minutes from the center, yet it is super quiet to live here because there is no through traffic on the peninsulas. All those advantages – the wide water, the proximity of the city (on the one hand), the Ring Road (on the other) and the tranquility of a peninsula – you will find them on Cruquiuseiland.
Super market Albert Heijn within walking distance and there are already numerous options for the necessary restaurants, such as Cruquis local, Foer Amsterdam, or La Contessa.
The bustling hip Amsterdam East is 5 minutes away, the Dappermarkt, the Javastraat and around the Oosterpark are hotspots with cuisines from all over the world and nice fashion shops.

Wonen in Amsterdam Oost
