Tarifs Rental Service
For a regular rental assignment, the brokerage fee is 8% excluding 21% VAT (9.65% incl. VAT) of the rent. This is without consumption costs, including any service costs, over the initial rental period with a maximum of 12 months. This amounts to approximately 1 month’s rent. The minimum commission is 1250 euros (incl. VAT).
Tariff Premium Management
You pay a monthly rate of 5% excluding VAT (6.05% incl. VAT) of the rent, excluding consumption costs, including any service costs, during the entire rental period. In the case of a first rental, a one-off brokerage fee also applies as with a Rental Service. After that, a one-off rate of 6% excluding VAT (7.26% incl. VAT) over the annual rent applies for each rental change.
Third party account
In order to separate the money flows safely and separately from other money transactions, we use a third-party funds account, where only transactions for rent and deposit take place.

Furnished rental means that the house is fully equipped, so that you can immediately move into the house. This means that it is possible for a tenant to only bring a suitcase and a laptop with him. We guide you every step of the way. At the time of the key transfer, we prepare an extensive digital inspection report. This includes matters such as the condition of the home, meter readings and inventory.
