What does Premium Management involve?
- Rental Service
- One-time brokerage fee of 8% (excl. VAT) of the rental amount.
- Brokerage fee + monthly charge of 5% (excl. VAT) of the rental amount.
Landlord’s Rental Service Charges
For a regular renting out assignment the brokerage fee is 8% excl. 21% VAT (9.65% incl. VAT) of the rental amount. This is exclusive of consumption charges, including any service costs, over the initial rental period with a maximum of 12 months. This amounts to approximately one month’s rental. The minimum brokerage fee is €1,250 (incl. VAT).
Premium Management Charges
You pay a monthly charge of 5% excl. VAT (6.05% incl. VAT) of the rental amount, excluding consumption charges and any service costs, during the entire rental period. For a first-time rental there is also a one-time brokerage fee as with the Landlords’ Rental Service. After that, each time there is a change in the rental, there is a one-time charge of 6% excl. VAT (7.26% incl. VAT) of the annual rental.
In order to segregate the rental flows safely from the other money flows, we make use of an escrow account, on which only transactions for rentals and deposits in guarantee take place.
