Tarifs

You pay a fee (agency fee) for our professional services. The brokerage fee is a percentage of the realized revenue. The amount of the commission is based on your wishes, the expected price, the availability / estimate of the completion time and varies between 1.25 and 2% of the purchase price. You always receive a customized quotation.

All prices include 21% VAT

At the start of the assignment, start-up costs of an average of 500 euros including VAT are charged. This amount is used to pay for, among other things, the photographer, brochures, plans, measurement report, cadastral investigation and is deducted from the brokerage fee when sold. The costs are therefore in principle included in the agency fee.

Transparent Pricing
Via MVA.nl we can sell your property transparently by an online auction. Buyers can then bid online up to a certain deadline, creating transparent pricing. Advertising in daily / weekly / monthly magazines
In many cases you reach the target group better by advertising in magazines for the target group in question (starters, families, or couples without children). Benefit from the often much cheaper agency rates.
