In an extensive introductory call we will discuss your housing preferences and explain the current challenging rental market. After signing our assignment for the provision of services, we can get started immediately.

2. Search

You will receive new offers in your email every day, which match your housing needs. One of our experienced real estate agents will also actively search with you for the homes that best suit your needs. As a market leader who has been in business for 20+ years, we have built up an enormous network, including offline listings. Due to the challenging rental market, we are currently only hiring new seekers with a budget from € 2,000 per month and who earn at least 3x the rent.

3: Tour of properties

If you see interesting options, we will schedule appointments for viewings as soon as possible. Please note that we usually cannot choose the time slots ourselves, we must comply with the schedule of the offering party. Naturally, we always try to accompany you to the planned viewings.

4. Advice

We advise on, among other things, rental price, conditions and delivery. In this way we reach an agreement in which your interests are taken into account as best as possible.

5. Transfer

We assist in signing the rental agreement. We also represent you in the transfer of the property and draw up a detailed inspection report.

Before we start, you sign an assignment for the provision of services. The activities and conditions are clearly described here. Will we find your perfect rental home and is this a successful mediation? Then we charge a brokerage fee of 1 month’s rent + 21% VAT.
